When John Gresham, the President of the bank did a financial misappropriation, Gresham requests him to say three words"I don't remember, in the court to save him. Baldwin is offered big ransome for that threeWords, but he was not ready to accept it. His wife and children too asked him to reccive the money. He told them that he wants to go to his grave clean. Gresham Confesses and Baldwin is offerred a better opportunity in another firm for his truthfullness and morality. Baldwin's character is touching and inspiring
